As a Certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Facilitator, I help churches, organizations, and leadership teams develop the awareness and skills to work effectively across cultures.

My personal experience growing up in Venezuela, my cross-cultural ministry experience, and my graduate education in intercultural studies shape the way I approach this work.
