I believe the hope of Jesus is for everyone.
For over 20 years, I've had the privilege of serving in pastoral ministry, communicating biblical truth, developing leaders, and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Born in Venezuela and shaped by a life across cultures, I'm passionate about seeing people from different backgrounds come together around the person of Jesus.
Whether I'm preaching, coaching, or leading a workshop, my mission remains the same: to creatively communicate His hope, champion unity in the local church, and help people grow into the leaders God has called them to be.

With more than two decades of pastoral ministry experience, I bring biblical depth, engaging storytelling, humor, and practical application to churches, conferences, and student gatherings.
I also have the privilege of speaking with Christ in Youth (CIY) during the summers, encouraging the next generation to know Jesus and live boldly for Him.

My background growing up in Venezuela, experience in cross-cultural ministry, and graduate education in intercultural studies have shaped my passion for bridging divides and cultivating healthy, unified communities.
Through workshops and leadership development, I help teams grow in cultural awareness, strengthen relationships, and lead more effectively across cultures and generations.

I'm Alex Diaz—a pastor, speaker, coach, and cultural bridge-builder.
For more than 20 years, I've served the local church through preaching, pastoral leadership, church planting, coaching, and developing leaders.
Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, my life and ministry have taken me across different cultures and communities, shaping my conviction that the hope of Jesus is for everyone.
Today I serve as a Campus Pastor at Traders Point Christian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana, where I help lead a diverse, multigenerational community. I'm also a speaker with Christ in Youth (CIY) and a Certified Cultural Intelligence Facilitator.
My background includes degrees in biblical studies and intercultural studies, along with graduate studies in counseling.
More than titles and credentials, my heart is to see people love Jesus, grow in faith, and follow Him together.
